Privacy Terms
THE WHOLE THING IN THREE LINES
We only have the data you type in. We never sell it, never run ads against it, and you can export or delete all of it anytime. Claritips shows patterns, not medical advice.

Terms of use

Who we are, and what you agree to
Claritips is operated by Simov Studio (“we”). By using this website, the free tools, the 14-Day Pattern Finder kit, or - when it launches - the Claritips app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Not medical advice
Claritips shows statistical patterns in data you logged - averages and comparisons of your own entries. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician, and nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice. For persistent or serious symptoms, see a professional - and never change prescribed medication based on an app.
What the service is
This website, with free calculators and quizzes that run in your browser and store their inputs on your device, and the printable kit delivered by email. And the Claritips app at app.claritips.com - a web app you can save to your home screen, no app store required - where you keep a daily check-in and see your own patterns. These terms cover all of it.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Your data is yours; we claim no ownership over anything you log, and you can export it as CSV or delete your account and everything in it from Settings, anytime. Keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose - export takes one tap.
Plans & billing
Tracking is free forever. Plus is planned at $4.99/month or $29/year, cancelling anytime from settings and running to the end of the paid period, with refund requests within 14 days of a charge honored, no interrogation. Nothing is purchasable yet: there is no payment processing anywhere in the product today, and while we are testing, Plus features can simply be switched on for free from Settings. We will say so plainly here and in the app before that ever changes, and prices may change only with notice before you are charged.
Fair use
Don’t abuse the service: no scraping other users, no reselling access, no attempting to de-anonymize aggregate statistics, no breaking, probing, or overloading the service, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The guides, tools, kit, and design of Claritips are ours (or licensed to us). You may read, print, and share them for personal, non-commercial use with attribution - “Cite this tool: Claritips” style credits are on every tool. Republishing our content wholesale or passing it off as your own is not okay.
Our promises & limits
We aim for accurate math and honest labeling of sample sizes, and we cite our sources. Still, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made from your patterns - which is exactly why we show you the underlying numbers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Ending things
You can stop using Claritips and delete your data anytime. We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give you notice and a way to export your data first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of establishment, without depriving you of protections granted by the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. Disputes go to the courts of that country unless your local law says otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll say so plainly on this page - and, once accounts exist, email you 30 days ahead in plain language, not bury it in a changelog. The effective date above always tells you when they last changed.
